Since our collaboration was excellent overall, any suggested improvements are minor and pertain to the early stages. Perhaps a slightly faster turnaround time on the initial project setup and scheduling would be beneficial. However, once the testing phase began, the workflow was exceptionally efficient and adhered strictly to the agreed timeline. There were absolutely no compromises on the quality of the technical work or the final report.

Services for testing the perimeter security of the IT network and comprehensive security testing of mobile applications for remote customer service were received from ESKA GLOBAL LLC.

During the work, the specialists of "ESKA GLOBAL" LLC demonstrated a professional approach to the security audit of electronic information resources, an understanding of current threats, and an individual approach to the object of inspection. 

The final report was detailed, containing a description of the identified vulnerabilities, predictive scenarios of their potential impact, prioritization of vulnerability removal by risk level. The report also provided recommendations for eliminating the identified deficiencies in the protection system.
