What was the scope of their involvement?
Essentially, we have their team for IT assistance on an ongoing and as-needed basis. They do all of our regular maintenance as well as address one-off challenges as they come up. For instance, we call them if we need to replace someone’s computer.
Everything from tech onboarding to office setup. There are also times when something in our system stops working or crashes. In those cases, they’re quick to respond to investigate the root of the problem. Sometimes, its a software issue or a problem that could be solved with an upgrade.

We have a main point of contact, but he often passes off correspondence to colleagues if it means that our questions are answered faster.
How did you come to work with Wise IT Inc.?
They were referred to us. We gave them a test project, and they did well. At that point, we hired them.

Our monthly spend with them depends on our needs. In the past, we’ve spent between $500–$2,000 each month.
