What were your goals for this project?

To find solutions that would enable us to scale cost-effectively and securely.

How did you select this vendor?

I researched the Calgary marketplace and contacted a few suppliers. I was impressed by the Calitso team's responsiveness, friendliness and the flexibility to work with a slightly unusual scenario.

We had a series of meetings from their team to understand my requirements and where I would like to be as my team grows. They then provided me with a clear set of product and infrastructural recommendations which were exactly what I had hoped for.

What was the team composition?

As this was a small project (although I will certainly go back to Calitso as further needs arise), I dealt primarily with Brian and Nathan the owners of the business.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I know have a clear roadmap for my IT requirements and budget for the next 12 - 24 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everyone I dealt with at Calitso was responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their customer service and communication - combined with an obviously deep level of technical expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As this was a relatively small initial engagement - nothing comes to mind.
