CloudOrbis evaluated our current network and implemented a new secure, cloud based network that ensured our data was safe and secure.

The network implementation was completed in the timeframe promised. New equipment was installed and all network wiring completed. We did not lose any time with the change over. Work was completed over a weekend so we were ready to go for Monday morning.

CloudOrbis did an assessment of our network and presented a cost effective plan that more than met our needs. They presented a work-back schedule with a timeline and costs. The implement went smoothly, on time and on budget. They responded immediately to our inquiries.

CloudOrbis provided us with knowledge that surpassed my expectations. We have a very secure system and all our employees can work from home or the office. We have a complete network and phone system. CloudOrbis handle all our IT needs. They manage our Networking , switches , routers , firewall , Site to site connection , VPN , RDS and Servers like upgrade , setup and maintaince all that stuff. In one word all IT stuff which we need to run a company.

Overall it`s good. As we upgrade our IT structure and take care of backup. Always available to call. Now , Our networking is fast and reliable as Cloudorbis handling this we are fully satisfied.

The IT team came in and re-organized our system so that it both works faster and files are much more organized and easy to locate. Also, they removed and updated a couple of our computers.

One measurable outcome was that we noticed right away the increase in speed with the software. This is extremely important to us as we can get things done much faster for our clients which makes them happy.

The IT team was always very professional and on time for all of the meetings. They responded by email, text and phone whenever we needed them and did so within a good response time.
