• The best we have ever experienced as an agency and also on a personal level when I compare services from the past in my career.

Always has delivered on time! Always responsive. Provides backup when on vacation/holidays. Always very solution focus for us even within our tight budget. Always finds a solution. All our needs have always been met. Keeps all staff informed on a continuous basis. For example, what to look out for for potential IT scams. 

Provides excellent emergency services. For example, during the COVID pandemic. Agency had to switch to in at home work and provide virtual support. Also kept us posted at all times to ensure computer IT safety. Helped staff set IT needs to be able to work at home safely. Don't know what we would have done without him during the COVID pandemic.

Provides consistent quality service and very knowledgeable; never skips a beat after all these years. The caring and responsive approach to their support. They're very capable of responding to our particular needs and are always solution-focused. Always available for support. Respectful to everyone regardless of their IT knowledge. :) Patient and does not end the job until everything is done. Never leaves you hanging.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eyes Everywhere IT Consulting could have done differently?

None what so ever. Always has been there and provides solutions. Have other companies in the past that left you always wanting more. When other agencies ask for a reputable IT service I always recommend Eyes Everywhere. They love up to their name. :)

We are a not-for-profit organization funded by the Minister of Health for Ontario. We own and operate a Supportive Housing building for French-speaking seniors in Toronto, and we provide homemaking help for seniors living in the Greater Toronto Area as well as accompangying supportive services.
