We wanted to develop a mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Layer 7 IT Solutions did the front- and backend work to develop an iOS and Android mobile app. They added functionality that allows the app to directly connect our customers to our system, recommend when they need to order certain inventory and, once they’ve approved it, send that information to our backend. 

In addition to providing IT support and staff augmentation when needed, the team also does business reporting and dashboard work.

How did you come to work with Layer 7 IT Solutions?

We had worked with them several times before. The reason we continue to hire them is that they’ve been a good service provider, delivering quality products at reasonable prices.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $35,000–$40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project from May–July 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The feedback we’ve received has been good. They didn't rush. Instead, they made sure that they were providing the best end product for us.

How did Layer 7 IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked in a timely fashion, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Layer 7 IT Solutions worked quickly to fix any bugs or issues that arose and they were always available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand the needs of their clients and provide the right solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing I can think of. My interactions with them have been good so far.
