TechPeer understands that we’re a small business, and therefore, they don’t try to sell us unnecessary services as other companies do. They really understand our needs and take the time to talk and listen to any issues we might have. They also take into consideration our needs and tailor a plan specifically for us. There was one, but they already resolved it. We found out that we were paying for things that we weren’t using, and they were really great at rectifying that and dropping the monthly price for us.
