We contracted with Blue Acrobat to protect our NetSuite deployment.  We needed a timely solution, something that was in place before our prior solution expired.  The Blue Acrobat, which was completly SaaS based, was a strong fit for our needs.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with Blue Acrobat, a provider we use to safeguard our NetSuite environment. From the outset, the setup process of this platform was remarkably painless. The support consultant assigned to us was not only efficient but also highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration.

Since the installation, the platform has been running flawlessly. On the rare occasions when issues arise, the Blue Acrobat team has consistently demonstrated exceptional responsiveness. Their commitment to resolving problems swiftly and effectively is truly commendable.

Our company was in the process of concluding operations and decomissioning NetSuite. We needed to retrieve all the data from NetSuite to meet financial record-keeping obligations. Regrettably, the other team were worked with was not able to support our data extraction needs, and the associated costs were exorbitant. The scope of our partner's involvement primarily centered on assisting us with the data extraction from NetSuite, given that other team's NetSuite was unable to facilitate our requirements and had high associated costs. They provided an alternative solution to retrieve all the necessary financial data to meet our record-keeping obligations.

They were faster than promised, work estimation was very precise.Their customer portal provided added value for us. Cost estimate was precise (and very fair) and was met. In other words: High quality work and communication. Project delivered in time and budget, can't wish for more.

We were using Oracle’s NetSuite for our processes but felt it couldn’t adapt to small companies like us, and its costs were very high. Due to this situation, we wanted to find another solution, and we needed a partner that could help us migrate and implement the new platform.

Blueacrobat Corporation has been helping us with off-site IT services. They’re taking our data from NetSuite to back it up, migrate it to the new cloud-based platform, and restore it. In addition, they provide consulting services by giving us information on how they’re doing everything or how to prepare the data for the migration.

I only work with one member of Blueacrobat Corporation’s team, which is Konrad (Project Manager).

We’re delighted with Blueacrobat Corporation’s work so far because they’ve been helpful throughout the process. So far, they’ve delivered two documents of 10–15 gigabytes, which is great for us. Overall, not many providers can do what Blueacrobat Corporation does with their affordability and effectiveness.

In addition, it’s very easy to talk to them — we use email and phone calls as communication tools.

Blueacrobat Corporation’s team has worked with NetSuite for years and is highly experienced with the platform.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could advertise more so more people can know about their company. In addition, their data browser can get complicated, especially for people with no IT skills, but Blueacrobat Corporation is already working on a tool to address that situation.

I'm the IT & System Manager at Bulbeck. We supply goods and services in the environmental, oil spill containment, water treatment, transportation and industrial hardware industries throughout Australia and Oceania.

For what projects/services did your company hire Blueacrobat Corporation?

Our contracted term with NetSuite was coming to an end and we need to move platforms. NetSuite didn't offer any way to export our data easily and we were on a tight deadline. We need to ensure we had a complete backup of all our data for internal and audit purposes.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After contact NetSuite and being told there was no option and they would be of little help to assist with exiting the platform I had to look elsewhere. I came across BlueAcrobat whilst searching for ways to export all data out of NetSuite. I arranged a meeting with Konrad to discuss his offering and to get a quote. After our initial meeting I was satisfied that BlueAcrobat could export the data we required. We agreed to the project after receiving the quote.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After initially meeting with Konrad and agreeing on a date. I followed the supplied instructions to grant him access to our NetSuite instance. We opted to go for a full backup prior to system changeover, and then a delta-copy after we'd ceased trading on the platform but still had access.

BlueAcrobat Corporation delivered the full backup as agreed. We then expanded the scope of the project to also include a full extract of the file library - this was done due to time constraints but Konrad had provided instructions to attempt this extract on our own behalf also.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only dealt directly with Konrad, he was very professional and a pleasure work with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Whilst every attempt was made to ensure we had exported reports, data etc... inevitably we knew at some point we'd need access to our historical data. Within weeks of going live I've had several occasions where I've need to query the data that was provided from the export to help other staff within the organisation. Without the data export, this would have been impossible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy and effective. Most communication was done via emails but we had a couple of video meetings to work through some issues and discuss our situation and expections in more detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offer a very unique service - it fills a niche the vendor has neglected and does it perfectly.

No, the service from Konrad and BlueAcrobat was excellent.
