What impressed me most about PlutoSec was their ability to tailor complex cybersecurity testing to a small, specialized business like ours. They approached our platform with the same level of seriousness and attention to detail you’d expect for a large enterprise, yet kept everything clear and approachable. Their willingness to educate, adapt to our needs, and explain every step in plain language made them feel more like a partner than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PlutoSec could have done differently?

Our experience with PlutoSec was overwhelmingly positive, but one area for improvement could be offering a simplified executive summary alongside the full technical report. While the detailed findings were excellent for a technical review, a shorter version with key risks and action points would be helpful for quick decision-making. Even so, their team was always available to explain anything we needed, which made up for it.
