The transition from the previous provider was completed efficiently with little to no downtime. Core systems, user access, and security tools were quickly assessed, stabilized, and brought under management. Our staff experienced continuity in their day-to-day work with minimal interruption. Full onboarding and transition to CGTechnologies was completed in less than a week. Core systems — including Microsoft 365, user access, devices, and network security — were stabilized within days. The transition was seamless and non-interruptive, with no disruption to daily operations. Their ability to coordinate multiple technical components while maintaining continuity of service reflects a high level of capability in managed IT onboarding and delivery. The most impressive or unique aspects of CGTechnologies are their extremely fast, seamless onboarding. The transition was completed in less than a week, yet it still felt controlled and well-managed, with no interruption to daily operations.

The transition from the previous provider was completed efficiently with little to no downtime. Core systems, user access, and security tools were quickly assessed, stabilized, and brought under management. Our staff experienced continuity in their day-to-day work with minimal interruption. Full onboarding and transition to CGTechnologies was completed in less than a week. Core systems — including Microsoft 365, user access, devices, and network security — were stabilized within days. The transition was seamless and non-interruptive, with no disruption to daily operations. Their ability to coordinate multiple technical components while maintaining continuity of service reflects a high level of capability in managed IT onboarding and delivery. The most impressive or unique aspects of CGTechnologies are their extremely fast, seamless onboarding. The transition was completed in less than a week, yet it still felt controlled and well-managed, with no interruption to daily operations.
