Cloudforces is our go to vendor for IT infrastructure and digital data security. Cloudforces is doing consulting and implementation for our company for five years. Cloudforces helped us to implement: microsoft365 office and email suite, antivirus and data theft protection software, VPN shared drive, digital telephony.

In addition, Cloudforces has been providing us with great troubleshooting support and new employee onboarding. Their services are cost-efficient and customer service is great.

Cloud Forces helped to develop CDAP plan for our organization. As part of the plan they also implemented VoiP and cloud storage. Cloud Forces also provide IT support for us.

• We received good quality VoiP and cloud storage. We haven’t had any problems with technologies that Cloud Forces configured for us. In terms of IT support, we are very happy with Cloud Forces response time and the quality of support we get.

Cloud Forces developed CDAP plan for our company as it was outlined in the contract. The plan was delivered within 2 weeks. Cloud Forces thoroughly interviewed our staff and gathered information. Based on information we provided, Cloud Forces developed technology road map for us.

We signed another contract to implement cloud storage and VoiP within our organization and subscribed to Managed IT services

We haven't had downtime for our services since the infrastructure was built. Also, remote storage that cloud forces implemented is reliable and our staff no longer experiences problems with storage.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloud Forces?

Cloud Forces has done multiple projects for EnStream. The last project was completed recently and it involved migration of application to a new secure virtual infrastructure. The new infrastructure is more secure, more dynamic and has much more compute power than the old one, while the operating cost of it stayed the same.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We've used cloud forces for a previous project and was happy with services rendered.

The project was to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the virtual machines by moving them to a more modern and robust AWS infrastructure. Cloud Forces assessed the current servers/network/security and identified dependencies and configurations that had to be addressed before the migration. It included updating the operating system, installing necessary software, and making changes to the server/network configuration.

Cloud Forces moved all Virtual machines either by cloning or copying data to the new host environments. Once the virtual machines were up and running on the new AWS environment, Cloud Forces helped to identify core testing points to ensure that application is functioning correctly and meeting the desired performance requirements. Throughout the migration process, Cloud Forces carefully planned, tested and executed migration plan and ensured a smooth transition and minimal downtime for users. Cloud Forces communicated with stakeholders on a regular basis and kept them informed of the progress and any potential impacts on operations.
