The team informs us about maintenance time when we won’t have a connection to our server so that we’re prepared. Any time I’ve had small questions, even related to our equipment, they check the power from their side, which is really helpful. They’re very informative whenever they have maintenance on their side. They send us emails and reminders before downtime, so it’s easy for us to keep the timing in mind. They have a customer support email where we send our questions. Then, they transfer the information to their different internal departments. If I send them an email late in the evening, I get a response first thing in the morning, which is really good.
