Connectability offers comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to Royal Terrace, encompassing both hardware and managed services support. Connectability's solutions cover Royal Terrace's entire IT infrastructure and proactively address the company's future needs. They provide 24/7 remote monitoring and regular health checks for physical and cloud environments. Their support team is responsive, addressing and resolving issues raised in tickets within the SLA. Regular monthly and quarterly meetings are conducted to ensure smooth operations and provide a forum to discuss any concerns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Few distruptions with IT issues, as they get resolved in a timely manner.  Peace of mind knowing we are being monitored 24/7 for cyber security attacked and system alerts.  Software reccommendations and educational teachings to stay current on top of any potential threats.

Connectability's support team respond in a timely manner, and will esclate the concern to top management is necessary.

I'm impressed by the team's initiative.  Their abaility to colaborate as a team and work well with those who do not have a stong understanding of computers or IT.  For example, walking a senior manager with minimal experiance through a new program on their computer.   

Are there any areas for improvement or something Connectability IT Support could have done differently?

I have no suggestions at this present time.
