They have setup right communication channel and proactively managed all migration activities in our production environment and provided early hour support during go-live days. Their project management was based on Plan, Implement and Monitor where they defined the project roadmap in the beginning and tracked it for completion. All deliverables are on-time and on-budget. Krodata team was quite helpful and meticulously planned all migration activities to ensure there is no impact to our business. This was our major concern while doing these changes and they handled it quite proficiently.
