Since working with Amanah, we’ve had less downtime — only about 10 minutes throughout the engagement. The team informs us about maintenance time when we won’t have a connection to our server so that we’re prepared. Any time I’ve had small questions, even related to our equipment, they check the power from their side, which is really helpful. They’re very informative whenever they have maintenance on their side. They send us emails and reminders before downtime, so it’s easy for us to keep the timing in mind. They have a customer support email where we send our questions. Then, they transfer the information to their different internal departments. If I send them an email late in the evening, I get a response first thing in the morning, which is really good.

What I love about working with him is that he is very smart and technical; he's not your typical IT guy. Even though I’m more inclined to design, he has never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. He just has great customer service, is very helpful, and wants to solve all our problems. It's nice to have somebody like that who can reassure us and knows what they're talking about without just selling us their services. The number one thing about working with Hani is his customer service because that’s rare to come by. He's somebody who's personable, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable.
