Agile approach used for the duration of the project where goals of each Sprint are defined clearly and tracked for completion. They delivered the whole project on time with all the deliverables defined during initial phase of the project. Team was quite accommodative to respond to our request and we felt they were keen to do the right thing from a technology implementation perspective and gave us complete transparency.

Krodata team was quite helpful and meticulously planned all migration activities to ensure there is no impact to our business. This was our major concern while doing these changes and they handled it quite proficiently.
