We had some issues with our current kubernetes environment and needed to rework it in terms of stability, scalability and security.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched and tested other partners for this project, and right away dedicatted understood the requirements and had a lot of good ideas and deep knowledge on all parts of the project.

Initially we got a broken down plan of the project with deliverables and due dates and they were all delivered as promised, a lot of things were their suggestions and ideas that were better in terms of our goals, that was really important for this project to get not only the devops work on things, but also review and consultation on how its best going forward.

A lot of really complex tasks were handled and solved professionally and within the promised time range and budget. We are already starting to plan the next project with them, and we will be in business with dedicatted for a long time if they continue to deliver like this.

Mainly in contact with a project manager with really good communcation skills, and devs included as well. They worked directly with our development team on the project.

Automated environment using cd and terraform, 2 different kubernetes clusters on 2 different datacenter vendors, running both linux and windows nodes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. Direct communications via slack and meetings as needed.

They managed to handle such complex task really professionally and giving us great confidence in the platform we will be running

We needed help with a DevOps project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dedicatted helped us build SAP software for a customer. After we finished the development, we needed to migrate it to a cloud service provider, so they helped us write the code infrastructure to deploy the system into AWS. They also helped us set up a scalable infrastructure to process lots of data efficiently.

We worked with five people, including a project manager.

How did you come to work with Dedicatted?

We had a long-term relationship; it all went back to a couple of years ago when I worked in analytics. I found Dedicatted on a popular freelancer website. They offered us excellent services, and their team was responsive, so we decided to work with them on this new project.

We spent about $15,000 on this last project.

We worked with them from February 2018–June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work was exceptional. Dedicatted went above and beyond to combine and make many technologies work together, which is challenging. Moreover, their team was willing to try as many approaches as needed, even if it required a lot of time.

The project is now live, and it’s scalable and reliable. We can use it without worrying about many people signing up because the code is so efficient. Overall, we’re happy with the results so far.

How did Dedicatted perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was excellent. Although we changed some of the requirements, they still met all deadlines. We communicated through Slack and Zoom and used Jira as a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They went above and beyond. Other service providers won’t try other approaches, especially with fixed rates. However, Dedicatted’s team was willing to search for the most optimal solution for us.

No, we were very happy with their services.
