      In 2012, we had a need for junior testers for pure frontend user-acceptance work, only wanting the resources to play around with the site for 3 months, without even giving them access to the quality center. We didn't want to pay as heavily as we would for a technical tester. It proved a bit challenging for QA Consultants to bring in lower-level testers, but they were able to procure some brand-new students from their IT courses. We're able to negotiate rates, and QA Consultants has been quite accommodating and reasonable.

Each phase has clear deliverables, and once a phase is complete, we sign off on it and move on to the next. Our network and computers are very stable and secure, so we’ve been able to focus on growing our business. We’ve grown our revenue significantly since we started working with Adeptivity IT Solutions, and they’ve freed up our staff’s time because they don’t have to worry about IT. The Adeptivity IT Solutions solution is turnkey. We’ve saved around 12 hours a week in not having to deal with IT issues or source computers, and we’ve had an 80% decrease in overall IT issues. Our staff is able to focus on work, so they’re far more productive, and they absolutely love the support of Adeptivity IT Solutions.
