Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Phase I - Provide advice and guidance on how to enhance the performance and security of our money transfer platform. Implement required changes to the hardware and network infrastructure, coordinating with the company's IT staff responsible for the front and back end applications and UX. 
• Phase II (ongoing) - Assist with migration of the company technology platform to AWS.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improved transaction throughput after implementation of the virtual servers architecture and associated load balancing. Outcomes from the migration to AWS will be determined when that phase is completed.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Attitude IT CEO (Brandon Jones) took personal responsiibility for project management and handled most of the communications with our staff and management. As a result any issues were quickly resolved. The Attitude team were not only experienced in the subject matter but very responsive. Any delays usually emanated from our Chennai-based internal IT staff.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal touch from working directly with the CEO is commendable. We were never lost in the corporate shuffle, as can happen so often with typical IT vendors.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Attitude IT could have done differently?

Implement more of a "team" approach to projects like ours, i.e. that involve strategic and tactical technology consulting rather than day-to-day Managed IT Services. While the CEO is a project manager and advisor par excellance, sometimes he's distracted by his many other responsibilities.
