We work with so many clients and had trouble managing them so that's where we started looking for a tool and a company that can implement it.

How did you select Clarificient Inc?

We looked at few companies and found them through a reference.

Clarificient was engaged to consult on the right tool for the organization. Clarificient came to understand and document the requirements to suggest a tool that will meet the need and enable Meshroad for success. A plan was laid out to be implemented in phases to meet the immediate needs and also achieve a scalable long-term vision. The procedures were suggested and implemented to ensure transparency throughout the whole process.

What was the team composition?

We dealt with just one Project Manager but I guess there were few more people in the team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the initial investment, Meshroad is on its way to save 20% of the yearly cost of overheads. Clarificient enabled Meshroad to forecast future investment and to make business decisions based on the output of feasibility of the new projects.
