Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project includes a full network rebuild of our office's servers, workstation and physical network layers. SFY also will remediate ransonware infected systems, migrate data to Microsoft sharepoint and establish cybersecurity measures across all devices.

Provided timeline on completion date for each individual task. Setup daily meeting for the ransonware progress.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

One lead project manager was assigned to work on initial setup task.  On the schedule date to move all the data to the sharepoint over the weekend, their team of 3-4 engineers would simultaneously migrate all the workstation to the cloud.  It was done on time but couple individuals were on vacation thus we had to wait until they return.  We always have Microsoft Teams to request for any problems that faced during the transistion. Very swift to resolve the issures.

They took the time to understand our specific requirements and tailored their services accordingly. Whenever we encountered technical issues, their response time was lightning-fast. I was particularly impressed by how quickly they resolved a critical network outage. Their technicians were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience much less stressful.
