In several Skype meetings, they’ve shared their screen with me so that I can see exactly what they are referring to, which limits confusion on our end. At the very beginning of the project, Justin had the entire team in his office to Skype with us, which let us put faces to names and helped us work better together. They’re a younger company and very progressive in learning about new ideas and technologies. They collaborate very well. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and like they’re open to learning from each other.
