We wanted to build a website for one of our new annual events.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PurpleZ has designed and developed the event’s website from scratch. They’ve also helped us with social media marketing (SMM) for LinkedIn and Facebook. They continue to maintain and host the site and assist us with customer support needs.

We work directly with the CEO, two account managers, and the PurpleZ design and customer support teams. 

How did you come to work with PurpleZ?

We searched for potential partners on Google and contacted many companies, 10 of which responded with proposals. We reviewed the proposals, conducted interviews, and chose to engage PurpleZ.

We’ve invested roughly $100,000 in the partnership with PurpleZ.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We are pleased with the website, and PurpleZ keeps up with the maintenance, which is important to us. Since it’s a site for an annual event, we don’t measure metrics closely, but PurpleZ has done a very good job. 

As for their SMM assistance, we’ve seen an increase in interactions from LinkedIn, and more people are reaching out to us via email regarding the event. We’ve received really positive external feedback so far. 

How did PurpleZ perform from a project management standpoint?

PurpleZ has managed everything really well. We manage the project through our university platform and communicate via Slack, Google Meet, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

PurpleZ cares a lot about our project, and we really appreciate that. They’ve come up with impressive ideas and coached us through the creative process. We’ve really enjoyed working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I have nothing PurpleZ could improve on.

I advise listening to what PurpleZ says because they have good ideas.

PurpleZ built my website from scratch using WordPress; it’s a platform where I can display my artwork and sell products. Regarding social media, they help me develop content for my Facebook and Instagram accounts; they create videos and make other bonus material.

We’ve spent around $4,000 with them so far.

Thanks to their work, I went from having 2,000 followers to 28,000. Overall, I feel like my business is growing every year because of their help — more people are coming to me through my online presence.

Project management is great; they’re always on task and do a great job. Regarding communication, we use emails and texts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very generous with what they give to their clients, distinguishing them from other providers thanks to the added value to my content.

They could improve their response and delivery times; I know they’re busy, but they could hire more people.

Keep constant contact with them; their work is good, but it can help to be on top of it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PurpleZ designed a logo that I needed for my project and did music video production for me. They took care of the preproduction matters, like acting and clothing. In addition to that, they also did video editing, audio mixing, and other postproduction tasks before we uploaded it to YouTube.

After their involvement, our video views increased by 30%. Also, they were attentive and responsible throughout the process — I’m grateful for their work because they saved me a lot of money.

They were excellent in terms of meeting deadlines and communicating. They also delivered everything within the expected budget. Regarding communication, we use phone calls.

Their personal values were outstanding, and they were very helpful in going beyond their way in an organized approach to reach the project’s goals.

Project management is fantastic. They’ve been great from start to finish. We mostly communicate through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video calls.

Their quality work, communication, and delivering what they promised. A lot of other companies oversell and underdeliver, but PurpleZ over-delivers.

No, I can’t think of anything. They don’t need to change anything. Everything has been delivered to our expectations.

Take a look and see what their needs are. If you meet their requirements and expectations, they’re very good at what they do. If you provide PurpleZ with what they’re looking for, they’re a great company to work with.
