While our experience with Jackson Digital was overwhelmingly positive, one area for potential improvement could be more detailed onboarding at the project's start. A more in-depth initial consultation might have helped us better align expectations and clarify specific goals from the outset. 

Additionally, while their responsiveness was excellent, occasionally having more structured check-in meetings could have helped streamline communication even further. However, these are minor suggestions in what was otherwise a very successful partnership.
