I am the director of creative operations for a company that manufactures and sells beauty products, herbal supplements, and a variety of related products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency onethree?

We wanted to take our online presence to the next level — we needed directional leadership on how exactly we could improve our marketing strategy. We wanted to focus on growth through paid advertising and social media and email marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency onethree handles all of our paid advertising and social media and email marketing. I began by explaining to them what we wanted, what results we wanted to see, and our desired ROI numbers, and then they created a custom marketing plan for us. They were very clear about what paths we needed to take to improve our marketing. 

We had a foundation laid out for PPC ads on Google, Amazon, and Facebook already, but Agency onethree came in and improved them. They also do A/B testing for us. We have an in-house photographer, but Agency onethree also handles photoshopping product images and GIF creations. 

In regards to email marketing, Agency onethree creates email funnels and campaigns that target website and Facebook visitors to increase our reach. They had to completely rebuild our social media profile because we initially created our profile using incorrect marketing tactics. They helped us rebuild our Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest profiles, and we’re just about to launch on TikTok. Together, we’ve been working to improve engagement — we’re focusing on getting our products out to social media influencers. 

Our company is primarily Spanish-speaking and most of our clientele are Spanish speakers, so Agency onethree also does some translating work for us because we are trying to reach the English-speaking market. 

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Alex (owner), but I work with 3–4 teammates including the project manager, an email specialist who also specializes in translation, and a project manager for Amazon.    

How did you come to work with  Agency onethree?

I previously worked with another agency but because of COVID-19, we had to end our partnership and bring everything back in-house to recover from the financial impact of the pandemic. 

Later, I did some research online and found Agency onethree. We thought that the price was affordable for us, and they are well regarded for their paid advertising strategy so we hired them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $70,000–$80,000 with them so far, not including paid advertising costs. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Agency onethree in February 2017 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen good ROI from our PPC advertisements and we’re very satisfied with all the paid advertising they’ve done. They doubled our ROI for our Google Ads from when we first started with them — we went from 2% to 4%.

We’ve always had a good return rate for customers and that has continued during our work with Agency onethree. From the site, we have about an 85% return rate on customers. They’ve improved our email marketing as well, we now have a 33.3% open rate and an 11.3% click-through rate for our emails. 

How did  Agency onethree perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency onethree performed well regarding project management. They’re very responsive — if we have any questions or requests they answer right away. I meet with their team every week and we communicate regularly via an app. Communication is very clear and open. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Agency onethree doesn’t feel corporate —  there is a personal touch with them. I appreciate that because when I’ve worked with other agencies, my requests would get filtered through multiple channels and communication wasn’t great. 

With Agency onethree, there is direct communication between us and I can communicate with teammates who are working on specific parts of the project. 

Also, the value for the money is great, our previous agency tried to charge us three times as much as we currently pay Agency onethree — we get a good bang for our buck with them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve at the moment. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise customers to take a leap of faith and trust Agency onethree’s directional leadership — my advertisements wouldn’t have reached this level without their steady improvements. It is also important to communicate goals as clearly as possible so they can create a custom plan to fit a customer’s needs.

I am the owner of VASqaure and we are a virtual assistant staffing agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Agency onethree LLC, and what were your goals?

Marketing, SEO, PPC were the top services I had my eye on. We are also consulted on how we could grow our client base to attract new clients to our company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found them via a Facebook Group (Small business owners/entrepreneurs) and saw they would regularly share helpful tips and tricks for other businesses that needed some help. I thought it was so kind of them to offer help at no cost to businesses that needed help in the right direction.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

OT provided marketing and SEO services. They came in as consultants to partner with us and to learn more about how to properly market our business and utilize SEO to obtain more clients and expand our presence online.

We work directly with one of the owners as a consultant and she informed us of updates pertaining to the marketing services we implemented.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to add on 10 new team members which them allowed us to manage and work with 20 clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Things were really organized with a project management system and communication was very clean through discord and our regular meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed with their wealth of knowledge and how easily they helped us find solutions for the problems we were having. Not only did they help us organize our internal team, but they also worked with our new clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think everything went really well and didn't have any issues.

Agency onethree LLC provides content marketing and social media marketing services. They also manage our lead generation efforts through paid media platforms. 

Their efforts are primarily on Instagram, and they create content for our feed. In addition, the team designs templates for our posts.

We work with 3–4 teammates, including a project manager.

I knew someone who had worked with Agency onethree LLC, so I reached out to them. Their prices were great, so I let them work on my social media for a bit. Once I saw the results, I decided to hire them as my full-time marketing partner.

We spend $2,500 each month.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in June 2018, and it’s ongoing. We paused for a bit in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we started back up in February 2021.

Thanks to Agency onethree LLC, we've seen a significant increase in clients. In fact, we're booked out for the next four months.

How did Agency onethree LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency onethree LLC makes it easy for me to approve their work. We initially used Google Drive, but now we use a project management tool. 

The team updates us constantly, so we never have to reach out to them ourselves. Overall, they've done a great job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Agency onethree LLC team has helped us find more leads. Their work is excellent, and we appreciate that we don't have to worry about our social media accounts anymore.

No, I'm pretty satisfied with their work.

Trust the process — you're not going to see results immediately, but give it a chance, and it'll start working.

I am the owner of Zuur. where I sell my clothing line that I design myself and is manufactured here in the united states.

For what projects/services did your company hire Agency onethree LLC, and what were your goals?

Agency onethree has been helping me with social media management and digital advertising. So when it came time to move my company away from WordPress and onto Shopify. I had no idea how to or where to start and added additional services to have Agency onethree do this for me.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I did extensive research on local digital marketing agencies and was not finding anything that seem to fit me and my business. Then Agency onethree came as a recommendation from an acquaintance of mine and after talking with them, I knew they were the company for me.

They have extensive background experience with digital marketing and specifically with ecom brands. They were also right for me as I was a business that was already up and running and needed a solution to take my brand to the next level. Thanks to Agency onethree, I've done just that and more.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

We first started out with a really comprehensive workshop/intensive, to help with brand messaging, values and branding in general. Everything needed a total overhaul and their workshop was very detailed and we figured out a lot during it. The next steps where the delivery of the strategies based off of what we discovered during the workshop/intensive.

They did a site audit, marketing plan, social media plan and help me set up all the tools/platforms I needed that were not already in place. They then when in and cleaned up everything that wasn't working or in bad standing. Got my wordpress site back on track and user friendly. Then they started to implement all the changes and strategies for the various services.

And now we are at a point where Shopify has impproved a lot and we are moving from wordpress to Shopify with some new branding as my clothing line as transitioned in it's offerings and messaging. So we are doing a mini workshop to work out what those changes should look like and then we will implement them.

So for resources from their team, I worked with an account manager, 2 paid ads managers, a social media manager, copywriter, Alex (owner) and a branding specialist. So that's a total of 7 people from the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have helped me bring concepts to life. I started out with just jeans and now thanks to their help I've added hats and shirts to my clothing line. They have increased traffic and revenue to my business as well which allowed me to add those new clothing items.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and workflow are great. We use discord for quick chat communication, clickup for project and task management and have weekly calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are unique in the diversity of their teams backgrounds and experiances.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything they need to improve on.
