We hired JOYNO as a recommendation from a business associate who had worked with them prior and spoke very highly about the quality and creativity of the company.

We had asked for website design and full marketing campaign platforms build out including logos and copyright. 
I have hired many Social Media Firms in the past 2 decades and I was blown away by the Quality of the design work, the cost of the services and efficiency!

I was a little hesitant when I first spoke with Gino the CEO and he told me he was in the Philippines.

He also told me that he has been working in Marketing many years and his team was better than all the other teams he had in America. I was unsure but his passion won me over, and I am very grateful that we hired Joyno Inc.

The design is sublime and the team could not be more helpful, always open to my input without any resistance. 
I have sent my website and marketing platforms to many friends and several have engaged their services. Just a breath of fresh air to have a marketing company who REALLY CARES about your Company.

The success has come from a number of new customers being impressed with our website and telling us how professional it looks.

My last website was not as good and it hurt us trying to compete in a crowded Industry.

We have a ton of confidence in working with Joyno and plan on continuing for a very long time.

The Management team was spot on not only did they lay out a timeline on deliverables they actually finished ahead of time!

We signed up for website design and a few social media platforms and they gave us extra platforms for no extra charge. 
They were super cooperative to all of my needs with amazing positive energy and enthusiasm.

They are hands down the best marketing company I have ever used, and they have delightful people as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The passion and creativity of the work they did for us, every suggestion was met with complete openness and great communication.

Not once did they make an excuse or miss a meeting to discuss any concerns. The entire team is engaging and so kind. A breath of fresh air. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something JOYNO INC could have done differently?

They could have charged more and I would have paid it gladly! Lol

I even offered but Gino and his partner Ryan refused to take more then the contract stated.

They remind me of companies my Dad used to brag about who cared about delivery a great product and put Quality above money grabbing.

I’m the CEO of a wellness company that provides holistic health services. We focus on lifestyle medicine and nutrition and emphasize treating the root causes of health issues rather than just the symptoms.

JOYNO INC provides us with comprehensive digital marketing services. They create our digital and marketing materials and post them on several channels, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. They’re also responsible for making all the content, including blogs, graphics, and more.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Erika (Marketing Communications Manager), and her assistants are Janice (Brand Strategist), Ana (Sales Specialist), and Lynn (Sales Representative). We’ve also interacted with Gino (Founder). 

How did you come to work with JOYNO INC?

We found JOYNO INC online and decided to work with them because Gino was accommodating. He believed in what we were doing, which allowed us to build a good relationship.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around 23,000 Philippine pesos per month on their services. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in July 2024, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our experience with JOYNO INC has been very good. They exceed our expectations and provide high-quality work. We’ve noticed a significant increase in our social media following and engagement, indicating their work is effective. JOYNO INC also submits monthly insight reports.

How did JOYNO INC perform from a project management standpoint?

They respond quickly to our needs. We have a chat group with different shifts, so they’re available nearly 24/7. We have no problems communicating with them. Moreover, we have in-person and virtual meetings with them every now and then. I also have direct contact with their CEO, who is highly accommodating.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Gino is truly helpful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with JOYNO INC’s company culture. They’re engaging, have a strong sense of purpose, and treat all customers respectfully, regardless of size. They don’t belittle small companies like us.

No, there aren’t any. I’m happy with their services.

I'm the operations director for BEST BURRITO restaurant bar. We operate three different brands under one roof: Best Burrito Company, a Mexican concept; Golden Wok, which is American-style Chinese food; and Maha Bar and Grill, which is a bar concept.

We needed support to build our business website and manage our social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JOYNO INC has designed and developed our website using WordPress. The team has also created our social media marketing strategy. The team manages our Facebook Ads and is in the process of building LinkedIn campaigns. JOYNO INC is responsible for answering our customers' inquiries and posting content.

We work with four teammates from JOYNO INC, including a web developer and a teammate from the marketing team.

How did you come to work with JOYNO INC?

I found JOYNO INC through a Google search. I was looking for a different service provider because the previous vendor I worked with was unethical in their marketing techniques. I called JOYNO INC and visited their office, and the rest is history.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent 25,000 Philippine pesos.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2024, and the engagement is ongoing. I signed a six-month agreement with them and will definitely renew it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

JOOMLAO has shared documents regarding our website and social media marketing metrics with us. We’ve also had access to those metrics on our Facebook page. Overall, JOYNO INC is doing a great job. 
For us, it's not about the money spent but about what they're doing for our business: getting our name out there and attracting the right customers.

How did JOYNO INC perform from a project management standpoint?

We rate JOYNO INC a 10 out of 10 in terms of communication. The team is responsive via a WhatsApp group chat. The team shares all the designs and marketing materials they'll post for us to approve them. If there are any issues or problems, JOYNO INC always communicates with us in that group chat.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Gino has been responsive and instrumental in bringing the marketing team together to make things happen for us. He has gone above and beyond in recommending additional marketing strategies to attract more users. Gino has a disco near our restaurant, and he has hired people to stand out near that disco to give them coupons to check out our restaurant.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JOYNO INC is very professional and ethical. The previous company we worked with had the audacity to post fake reviews on our website, and that was the last straw for us. JOYNO INC has corrected that, and they’re absolutely wonderful. The team is very knowledgeable in marketing and communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of any areas for improvement for JOYNO INC.

I highly recommend working with JOYNO INC because their team is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.
