Social Media Relations helps us with our marketing campaigns. They’re in charge of coming up with ideas, designing marketing assets, and running ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook. The team has access to our brand guidelines and ensures that their work adheres to our branding.

Now and then, we also work with the CEO on business strategies. In addition, Social Media Relations has provided some marketing work for some of our clients.

We work with 3–4 teammates, including an account manager and the CEO.

The CEO is a good friend of mine, and I knew she did good work.

The project started in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been able to run with our vision and execute on it. As a result, we’re definitely creating a lot more buzz. Our brand awareness has increased, and we’ve generated more leads.

Our clients are also really happy with the results Social Media Relations has brought it.

Their project management is excellent — the team is highly organized and communicative. Furthermore, they really value our feedback. We use Asana to manage the project.

We appreciate how much Social Media Relations want to incorporate our vision. Although they’re very independent, the team makes sure that we have a say in how they’re running our campaigns. 

Overall, Social Media Relations truly helped us build a strong foundation for our marketing efforts. They’re a collaborative team that’s easy to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our engagement numbers skyrocketed. We managed to boost our engagement by 67% which is really a good number considering our audience size. We consistently gained new followers over the course of time. Not just that, our organic reach has also increased due to their efforts. We’re really happy with the work they’ve done.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our main point of contact, the Project Manager, Jessie orchestrated pretty much everything for us. She ensured the project moved smoothly from and through different phases. She was polite, easy to talk to, and very professional. We had weekly calls wherein they shared the performance reports of all the campaigns. For managing the project, we mostly used tools like Slack and Asana.

They’re meticulous and very creative. The campaigns they developed and executed delivered great results. We’re very happy with the engagement numbers. Their team has been highly motivated and passionate. They know what they're doing and they've always had a results-oriented approach. Overall, working with them was a great experience.

Upon establishing the main plan of execution, Social Media Relations went on to recommend strategies to help improve the optimization of our agency, its followers and the approach from a social perspective.

There was the PR head who oversaw the entire project and its processes with a critical eye for details and a variety of specialists who were involved in improving various aspects of our agency.

As per the goals stated for our project, we were able to build our brand’s awareness, create web traffic, bring more leads to the website and improve the conversion rates, increase our social following and we got mentioned on various popular blogs and websites relevant to our niche. The brand’s media presence had also seen a significant improvement.

The project is managed efficiently and in the most professional way. The team has been excellent in terms of handling specific situations during the planning and brainstorming sessions and they were also responsible for executing initiatives for the purpose of the project in a distinct manner. The communication tools consisted of emails for formal communication and we used Google Meet or Zoom for extensive calls where in-depth discussions were a necessity.

The team is highly impressed with respect to the knowledge they have in this field since they are always up to date with the latest trends and they always provide new and useful information which we could incorporate for the benefit of our project. Their ability to accommodate our needs and provide us with the right kind of expertise also left us in awe of the way the team worked. We decided that for all of our future requirements, we would continue to collaborate with Social Media Relations.

No, as far as improvements are concerned, there seemed to be none as the team was hard-working, highly motivated, and passionately driven about the work they did, which led them to provide their clients with the right solutions for any kind of business requirements.

They continuously optimized those campaigns and helped us minimize our ad spend while keeping the conversion ratios intact.

3-4 people from their team were involved in the project - the paid media expert, digital marketing strategist, our project manager, and a UX designer who developed creatives for our ad campaigns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, in the first 30 days since the campaign was live, we saw our conversions went up by 25%. We also managed to increase our traffic by 60%. Gradually, their team helped us decrease our ad spend while maximizing the return on investment.

The project was handled flawlessly. They sent reports on a daily basis and shared the campaign stats every week. One report that we would always look forward to was the projection report. Unlike other agencies, Social Media Relations projected the conversions we would receive in the coming week - which was very helpful as it guided our decisions about other promotional activities.

For the most part, we used Zoom, Slack, and emails for communication. The project was handled by our in-house PMS tools.

They know how to bring results. When we started, we were quite skeptical about the outcome of running paid ads.
