What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Social Media HQ helped me prepare for the launch of my busiest season. The team also helped me launch in the markets that matched the goals I was looking at. As a result, we saw an increase in brand awareness, likes, and shares. We started from zero to about 1,000 impressions per post.

Create a social media strategy and content strategy for our client. They create an amazing social media strategy that includes target personas, a content strategy, design look and feel for our posts, and overall social media community guidelines.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They helped increase our follower base by 500% and created a structure for lead generation through email marketing on our website. The lead generation drip campaign is still helping us convert interest into sales...we love it!

One of the few companies that I've worked with over the years, from London to Texas, that delivers on what they say. They kept to the initial workflow schedule, and I was updated weekly, at times more than twice a week, on progress. What really impressed me was that the team was always analyzing the results, then changing our strategy to make sure we were getting the biggest ROI that we could.
