WebFX has helped us improve, track, and analyze the SEO and content marketing strategies from their efforts, including some of the work we did in-house since we began.

Working with WebFX is very effective. The meetings are very organized and informational. They have a client portal that keeps all of our progress, notes, documents, reports in one place with them.

WebFX knows what works and our rep Pete is stellar! He really understands our goals and he especially gets the nuances that come along with marketing auto parts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's not that easy for me to point to something for them to improve. I would rather encourage them to continue growing with knowledge and the type of team they have in place already!

At a very high level. We first had a discovery call to help WebFX understand our business - including what our goals were, what we disliked about our current page, and what we liked about our current page. Once that was complete they began to build out our page with drop downs and page content. Then we launched. Since launch we have had ongoing SEO and page optimimization.

We worked directly with a project manager and an account manager.

The team consistently boosted our numbers in most categories over 100% in most of the categories.

Very effective. We meet now on a monthly basis and check in with each other periodically throughout that month.

They seem to be a one-stop shop. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They also have all the tools I need to track our progress.

No, this was a massive step up from the previous companies that we worked with.

Our PPC campaigns have continued to increase traffic and revenue to our e-commerce site. The process of working with them is very simple, and it's always a pleasure to work with them.

WebFX is very organized and always on top of deliverables. They are always one step ahead in getting me what I need.

The thing that impressed us most was how they have such a huge team, and they all own their own areas of expertise. You know you are getting a specialist in that department when you are talking to them.

So far, we are very pleased and think they are a well-oiled machine. Wouldn't change a thing.

From there they used this introduction to better align the work/changes/improvements that they were adding to our website with our own company culture/perspective. Since working with WebFX we've seen a steady increase in our organic website traffic, this has lead to more leads from asset downloads in our CTAs and LiveChat conversations.

They communicate almost entirely through their own tool, Teamwork FX, but this is very easy to use & helps keeps every part of the project organized even after multiple back&forth conversations. Amy, our account rep, was very quick to respond. If they don't know an answer off the top of their head, they'd consult their team and immediately get back to us. It's been very helpful.

Overall level of professionalism & completeness is the work they do

It would've been great it we could've had a dedicated copy writer that we could work with continuously, someone who was dedicated to really diving into our world of automation to make sure what they were writing was valid & not just marketing fluff.

We were struggling with reaching customers online and had massive costs traveling to each state in order to meet contractors. We interviewed a few competitors and they were all mostly aligned on pricing. However, we thought WebFX had a more personal feel, along with a track record of results.

We began by educating on our software and our target clients, especially since our demo doesn't interact much with social media and has it's own jargon.

WebFX performed research on our industry and competitors to develop a plan that they reviewed and edited in detail with our help. We used this info to redesign the web page, set up SEO/PPC and even our retargeting emails.

We started with a goal of replacing our door to door sales numbers and have increased that goal each year, but at a smaller percentage of cost.

We typically deal with our project/team manager, she brings in a number of people with expertise in whatever we need at the time.

We have reached the first page of multiple search engines for our top keywords and have nearly tripled in-bound leads from the web.

WebFX has always been proactive in communication and creates new reports whenever we ask for them.

I was amazed at how quickly they understood our industry and adapted to our verbiage. I was expecting to need to hold their hands much longer than was the case.

It took a while for them to develop the exact reports we wanted, but there were some technical issues they had to work through. Other than that, we've all enjoyed working with WebFX.

For the most part, the workflow between our teams has been really great. We are very adamant about not changing our contact at WebFX; we feel that they truly understand our business and how to work with us.

I think WebFX is unique because it is so scalable. It can work with smaller companies and larger companies alike.

After some discovery meetings, they went straight into strategy and presented us with solutions. We collaborated as our industry is so niche. After several meetings we met for the launch and now just going to see how the campaign goes.

We just started today to kick out the project so no outcomes but they are super knowledgeable and sincerely take out feedback to consideration before implementing anything.

We have several meetings which now will go into a monthly time frame. However they are always available and answer questions via email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are really committed to our goals, and listen to what we want and what results we're looking for. Our products are not easy to write about so there will always be internal edits especially in the beginning for any agency to understand the scope of our business. They listen to that where in the past I found agencies don't pay attention. Even as they are super knowledgeable, they are not arrogant and listen to what we have to input in the campaign.

The only thing is if they had an option for invoicing clients but it's not a big deal. Other agencies invoice clients so that's just what I'm used to.

After we said "yes" we were introduced to our project manager. Carly has been our guiding light, educator, and advocate throughout the whole process. We first did a deep dive in the historical data, keywords, positioning. Then we talked goals - what we wanted to see/do and how we could get there. That's when Carly and her team went to work on creating a robust strategy to accomplish the goals.

We have a main contact that leads our overall strategy, a LinkedIn ads specialist, and a collection of other support members who assist with integrations, content, and more.

It's early to really reflect on the SEO results, however, we've seen a great improvement in lead quality over the last ~3 weeks. They've done a sweep of our web presents and cleans up / optimized meta tags, blog organization, use of links/key words.

GREAT. They are very responsive and we have a regular cadence of meetings to ensure progress is getting made weekly.

They tackle your goals from all angles at once. We're a small team - so having a large force behind us that are looking after all aspects of technical marketing was very impactful.

Environmental Alternatives, Inc. (EAI) conducts nuclear decontamination by using patented technology that reduces environmental impact and decreases waste. Additionally EAI provides cleaning services, primarily in the form of CO2 blasting, to the energy sector. My title is Environmental Health and Safety manager but also handle our venture with WebFX.

Our website was outdated and we needed to create an online presence. Our goals were to have an updated, user-friendly website and drive traffic to create new leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Google. I researched vendors and compared reviews. WebFX stood out based on positive user reviews. It was also a plus that they were positioned in EST so meetings/calls would be in the same time zone.

First, we had a discovery call to discuss the issues at hand and what we wanted to accomplish. Then we discussed the various plans available and decided on one that met our project goals and financial feasibility. Next, WebFX provided examples of what we could do for the next steps and since then they have been a compass for moving this project forward with excellent ideas and recommendations.

We use their lead tracking tool that allows us to track all incoming leads through the website, which includes a history trail of where/when/how long the leads were on the website and on which pages. This is very helpful for knowing who is looking and what they’re looking at. Additionally I’m able to edit/approve documents in their software program.

Our website traffic has increased significantly. Our industry tends to be “old school” so a lot of the leads end up coming in through phone calls (calling the number on the website) so we haven’t yet established how many leads we’ve received based on our new marketing strategy. But the traffic is up and our website is continuously expanding- which is what we want!

Wonderful. WebFX is amazing. If anything I need to make sure I’m getting back to them in a more timely manner. Otherwise, Mario is extremely quick to respond and keep our projects on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail, customer service, and value. WebFX is by far the best vendor I’ve ever worked with. They are affordable and deliver, all while maintaining outstanding customer service.

WebFX has/does work with several other home service companies. We needed someone with experience in our category who could maximize our efforts on the digital front.

We spent a few weeks integrating them into our team and their tools into our software. All was handled very efficiently. We're currently working through website updates, PPC strategies, and local SEO improvements.

Our main POC is Logan. He is our account manager. We have Dave who is our Local Service specialist. There are several individuals, whose names and positions I am not sure of, who are assisting in our projects.

We are a seasonal company, currently not in season, so the outcome of the improvements has not been measured yet.

The workflow between our team and theirs has been PHENOMENAL. We work at a fast pace internally, and I was concerned they wouldn't keep up. However, I have been pleasantly surprised.
