Also the cost transparency - they dont hide their fees in your google spend like other companies, also there is no lock in contracts so if they dont deliver you can opt out. That was a real selling point for me. You can also add packages as you want and can afford to build your marketing budget. She always has a team member ready to help answer my questions or address my needs. The communication is great.
