I’m the CEO of Leading Edge Personal Trainer, an in-house personal training service. We serve all of our clients from their home gyms or apartments.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

We brought them on to help us continue to grow our business and expand our clientele.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re working to ensure our content is more searchable on our site, using relevant keywords for our industry. They also take it upon themselves to answer popular questions about health and fitness online with the content on our site. We have a blog that we update weekly, and they give us content creation ideas to draw traction to our site.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with one person, but there are two others who are involved from time to time. 

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

When my mother launched her site, they worked with her and she recommended them highly. I started by trying them out, and after seeing the monthly improvements, I’ve continued using them. 

How much have you invested with them?

I spend around $350 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around August 2019 and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The biggest change we’ve seen has been the increase in unique visitors to our site, so our visibility has definitely grown. We’ve earned a client through Yelp without even paying for a profile, which was huge.

Our ranking on Google has been improved by these efforts; our content is much more searchable. Looking at Google Analytics, we can really see the valuable traffic coming to our site and understand the demographic our clientele is in. 

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been great. We’re a small company, especially compared to some others out there, but they’ve given us a lot of time. We have calls once a month and they show me graphs, displaying where my users are coming from and monitoring growth. We also review anything we’re implementing that month and forecast where we’re going. 

They’re really great about answering emails—it’s been rare that I’ve had to wait an extra day or two to hear back and they’re always apologetic. They’re proactive in addressing any concerns or changes I need. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It feels like my happiness is their number one focus, which is great. The fact that they take the time to hop on a call with me once a month is great—they put together a whole portfolio presentation for it. I really appreciated being able to see a solid profile of what’s happening and what’s to come during those meetings. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing is the times where communication is delayed, but I’ve never had to wait more than a day or two longer than expected. I know they have a lot of clients, so I definitely understand it. I’d just recommend they get back in a timely fashion for all email correspondence. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Check out their portfolio—they’ve worked with some really great clients and helped them grow. They can give you the more personalized attention you’ll need if you’re not a massive company. Look at their reviews and you’ll see they stand out from the competition.

Dignitas Digital has handled everything from web coding to site deployment. They’ve created websites from scratch, especially ones where they have to build out the .NET environment. They've designed standard WordPress sites and used APIs to integrate user entry forms into our backend CRM systems.

We work with around three people on average, and their team is managed by a project manager.

I’d worked with one of their principals at a previous job. We developed a strong relationship and a high degree of trust, so I knew I could turn to them with confidence when I was in need of development support.

Quality Credit Reporting is a consumer credit reporting agency. We do work in the property management, franchise, and auto industries, and I am the director of operations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

We were looking for someone to build a custom customer management and order system for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked with us for about a year to build and customize each section of the web-based system for customer retention as well as tracking our orders and doing billing. We basically told them exactly what we wanted the functions to be and the reports to be, and they built it from the backend from scratch.

What is the team composition?

There were 3 individuals who acted as main contacts on their team, but there were more involved in our conference calls, usually when the people who handled the technical aspects of the project needed a little more clarification on exactly what we needed the system to do in order for them to be able to write it. In total, we probably dealt with 7­–10 people.

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

Our outsourced IT company recommended them to us after working with them on a past project, and we decided that they would be a good fit based on that recommendation and after speaking with several other companies who didn’t seem like they had the same capability to actually bring the system into existence.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $50,000–$200,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

The process from when we first started the project to our soft launch lasted from October 2016–June 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our main goals were to hit the deadlines we had established for the process and that the system would perform all of its required functions, both of which they hit perfectly. Our team has been very satisfied with the quality of their work, and even now if we ever have issues with the system or need to make a modification, everything is done very quickly and never presents any issues for the system’s availability.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We always had clear communication from the project manager and a good relay of information between that individual and their people. They were also very good about making themselves reachable and being responsive when anyone on our side reached out to them with feedback or about any changes that needed to be made.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to some of the companies we’ve worked with in the past, they really have an extraordinary capacity to create a single system that offers a variety of different functions in one place and communicates well with other systems that we already had in place. Their whole team is excellent at what they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we really had no issues with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are very easy to deal with, so never be afraid to ask questions. Even the high-level technical people can still speak to you at whatever level of technical knowledge you have.

We’re a full-service marking and communications agency that’s based in Philadelphia. Our clients range across a number of different verticles including consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical technology, and more. I’m the VP and account director.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

We’ve worked together on multiple projects, but the one they’re most engrossed in involved a multinational consumer packaged goods company that had a need for a global organization. We turned to them to help us build a cohesive communications portal that people across the world could access. This had to exist behind the company firewall.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped construct the portal for our client. First, we mapped out wireframes and requirements with the client to ensure that they were satisfied. We outlined the tools, and once we had an agreement, they completely programmed everything behind the firewall. They built everything completely from the ground up. 

What is the team composition?

We have one primary contact, but they had a large team working behind them. There were two people that we interfaced with directly with. 

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

We’ve known them for a number of years. Initially, we heard about them through a mutual contact. My boss and their owner both graduated from Penn, so that connection brought us together.  

How much have you invested with them?

I believe that our investment is north of $200,000.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2015, and we initially launched in July 2016. They’ve been providing updates and a server migration on our behalf. So, the project is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, we quickly worked against timelines and stayed ahead of schedule. We also take a look at usage metrics for the tool. When we’ve run reports, we’ve seen over 25,000 sessions on the tool in the past fiscal year. Our internal team has praised the tool as well.  

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

With our single point of contact, we come up with a detailed statement of work and a timeline. Typically, the work is executed ahead of schedule. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail through their QA process has made the collaboration smooth. There are typically minimal revisions and issues that need to be addressed. We’re constantly able to address issues and requests for updates pretty quickly. They’re willing to work through weekends and evenings to make the process seamless for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We look to them for guidance with this tool, and they’ve been proactive. In this project, I can’t think of anything they need to improve upon.

Absolutely consider them because they’re a robust, cost-effective company. They’re capable of coming to you with out-of-the-box creative thinking.
