Jayen is a superstar Developer (nah, he is actually at the level of a lead nerd architect (think of Mark Zuckerberg) but fully hands on). I'm so lucky I found him and when I did he his rates were low. He is worth a lot lot more. It's hard to find some one of his calibre honestly. He wouldn't say no to anything (anything is possible for Jayen). He is an unique find who also understands the product well and suggested lot of improvements. I found he is completely abreast of all the latest in tech. He successfully completed the project from the scratch and helped us launch in such a short time crunch. If not for him I don't know what will my end product look like. I don't even wanna think about it. I'm so happy what we have now is a sleek, light, seamless, non chunky web app to the level of world's leading websites. I found their coding standards to be top-notch. A task that would take hours to complete - I can promise Jayen would do it in minutes. He is someone who doesn't waste time and quick and spontaneous in communication. Let me say this if you get him you are very lucky. Thanks Jayen for everything.
