Project entailed registered a domain for us and design a dynamic website for us, I'm not sure of the technologies Sherrlinn Network used as we only described to them what we want and gave them the space to work and come back to us with a complete product

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a freight company called NMH Cargo. We deal with airlines, requesting rates from them and then giving those quotes to our clients. I’m the only director of the company, and I work with four people.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sherrlinn Network?

Our challenge was marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We addressed our challenges with Sherrlinn. First, I got on a call with someone for more than 50 minutes so they’d understand our current clients and where we get them from. Then, they designed our website to attract more people and get them to phone from all over the world and ask for our services.

I wanted the website to be user-friendly and fast. I also wanted it to be real, so I told them to use real photos instead of animation or anything like that. Finally, I wanted people to realize that the website is working.

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with the director.

How did you come to work with Sherrlinn Network?

They were referred to me by a friend. I saw the website they made for him and wanted mine to be the same.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent 2,500 rands (approximately $175 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in November 2020, and it’s an ongoing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our project was 100% successful; we got what we wanted. I loved what they delivered, and I’m extremely happy to work with Sherrlinn. I’m definitely referring a lot more people to them.

How did Sherrlinn Network perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually communicate on WhatsApp, but if there’s anything that they need to understand more, we talk about it over the phone. Sherrlinn writes down anything I explain, and then they send me an example of what they were referring to. After that, I either approve the work or ask them to improve it.

When they say they’re going to deliver something on a certain date, they usually do that. They don’t give excuses; if it’s time for them to deliver, they do so.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’d tried a couple of people before. I thought they knew how to do a website, but now we’ve truly come to the right place. I want to move all of my domains to Sherrlinn.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They know what they’re doing, and the communication flows well, so I don’t think there’s anything I would like them to change or improve.

Be specific with what you need to receive good results.
