User-friendly environment for customers, easier orientation on the e-shop, etc.

The entire project management process was almost flawless and on time. Of course, now and then, unexpected problems occur in such larger projects, minor delays that follow additional requirements, but the designers and IT experts from Miranda always did their best to accommodate us and fine-tune things to our liking.

Maybe we would just suggest to improve a bit the communication regarding further "services" after the end of the project as such, because e-shops are "living organisms" and especially the customized individual graphics must sometimes necessarily respond to changes, modifications and innovations of the basic Shoptet platform as such. We would appreciate a greater connection to changes in the platform and, for example, a direct notification from Miranda of the need to make adjustments and settings.

Our brewery is located in the small village of Svijany, which is situated on the edge of Český ráj (Bohemian Paradise), just off the highway near Mladá Boleslav leading to Liberec. It is one of the oldest breweries in the country and has a colourful history. Over the years, it has been threatened with closure several times. Today, its success comes down to the enthusiasm and hard work of people who were not afraid to take risks at the right time, craftsmanship, but also the heart that every employee puts into it.

Although production exceeds 600,000 hectolitres per year and the brewery belongs to a group of larger breweries, it is still one of the few in the hands of exclusively Czech owners.

The entire project with Miranda started from the need for a modern e-shop to replace the old one, which had clearly been worn down by time. At the beginning, we opted for the robust Shoptet Premium solution, whose project managers recommended three companies to deliver a custom platform. In the selection process, it was the team from Miranda who came out on top. Looking back, it was a close call, but what ultimately tipped the scales in their favor was not only their enthusiasm for working with a brewery but also the great personal connection we felt with them.

During the development of the e-shop — featuring an extensive range of beers and beer-themed promotional items — we were in constant online contact with Miranda. We successfully managed all the specific requirements and atypical integrations, and we’re soon moving on to the next stages of development. Now, only the final phase of the project remains: meeting for a beer in Prague!

We had access to project development, where we could comment and correct the graphis layourt design. All this was done on-line. We prepared our content data ahead, so there was no delay. they delivered and reacted on time.

We hose them, because we need a skilled company, that will be able to drive and manage such large project. We had to focus on our bussines and did not have time to "create design and contetn" on our own. Therefore we chose Miranda, who can do all of this but has also a marketing and campaign skills. It means they know what will be needed in next 2-3 steps and can prepare contant and layout for that.

No, we are in close contact since the project was finished. They still work on their development and improvement towards their clients. With this project our cooperation begun and still continues.
