I needed some help with market research and graphic design for one of my clients undergoing a branding exercise and didn't have the resources in my team.

My client was wondering if they should undertake a big new branding exercise and I counseled them on competitive market research and getting input from senior graphic designers as a start. I didn't have the resources in my own company so partnered with Mach Media to do this project because of their experience.

I worked closely with the account manager, researcher and graphic designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My client was very happy with the results of the market research which were very comprehensive. First graphic reiterations of the new branding are being discussed and we look forward to continuing the project.

We had weekly checkpoints and there was a good understanding that we could pick up the phone anytime if there were questions or points of clarification.

I think the team has a lot of potential to grow into more locations and that would be helpful.

Very easy to work with, always available and quick turnover times.

They have strong execution skills and are culturally intelligent, which was helpful in my business experiences. I am used to doing business in Europe and less so in the US.

Nothing really - the experience was flawless, which I by no means take for granted having worked with a large number of agencies and other providers over the years.
