Houma CVB - Crawfish Trail Branding
Innovative worked with the Houma CVB to develop a new brand for their Bayou Country Crawfish Trail, Innovative also created merchandise and a new website to help promote the trail. Visitors to the state, and locals too, would sample crawfish from over 30 different trail stops and collect the receipts of at least five to receive a branded Crawfish Trail t-shirt.

Houma CVB - ECO Tours Website
Innovative helped promote Houma geotours by workingn with the CVB to develop a unique geochaching brand and aligning digital campaign repsonsible for delivering 8 million impressions and generate over 51,000 visits to the new, branded microsite. The campaign also outpaced the industry benchmark for each ad platform. Specifically, Facebook and Online advertising performed 395% and 86% above the travel industry benchmark respectively.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the marketing manager at Globalstar, a satellite IoT company. My position works with various departments including sales, graphic design, engineering, etc. We have two brands that we work with, SPOT - our B2C brand and Globalstar - our B2B/Partner brand.
For what projects/services did your company hire Innovative Advertising?
We hired Innovative to assist with a rebranding of our B2C brand, SPOT as well as help with digital advertising for both the B2C brand as well as the B2B brand.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched for agencies in our area and surrounding areas with experience on the consumer side and we ultimately chose Innovative because their design team (among reasons/teams) blew us away! Plus they are right here in our backyard.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The biggest project we worked with Innovative on was our SPOT Rebrand and Website Revamp. Innovative really took the time to develop a brand story so we are able to showcase what sets us apart from other like companies. Innovative did an outstanding job on their own but we truly loved working hand in hand with them so that are team could also take part in the journey.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we've worked with at least 10 people from their team. These positions ranged from the account leader, creative director, UX/UI designer, video editors, digital marketers, etc.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Their design work is excellent! Our team was able to take their recommendations and implement seamlessly with little back and forth. We've also made big strides on campaign reporting and I feel their reporting is pretty thorough and easy to follow.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The Innovative team has always been easy to communicate with and very willing to meet on any questions that arise through any project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was impressed with their UX/UI knowledge and how they've presented creative efforts to our company's leadership.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Our relationship has grown with Innovative over time and I do appreciate all of the people we have worked with. I don't have any solid feedback for improvements at this time.
The company is pleased with Innovative Advertising's UI/UX design work. Their recommendations are useful and easy to implement, and their reporting process is thorough and easy to follow. Their resources are highly communicative and willing to address any issues that arise throughout the engagement.
