The scope of work that was agreed upon with the web development company was to create a high-quality online language platform for my business. The platform was to include a range of services, such as online lesson booking, the ability for students to complete their lessons within the website, and students and tutor dashboards.
An online calendar was also to be integrated into the platform for easy booking. The key deliverables that were agreed upon included the development of a robust platform that would meet the needs of my business and provide an excellent UX for both students and tutors. The platform was expected to include all the features that were discussed during the initial consultations and that were agreed upon in the contract.
These included features such as the ability for students to rate their tutors after each lesson, access to student performance statistics, and seamless integration with Zoom video conferencing. Overall, the scope of work was to create a fully functional, user-friendly, and reliable online language platform that would meet the needs of my business and provide a top-quality experience for students and tutors alike.

Unfortunately, due to the issues and problems encountered with the platform, there were limited measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrated progress or success. In fact, the delays and technical issues experienced during the project had a significant negative impact on my business, resulting in the loss of potential students and revenue.
While some progress was made during the project, such as the initial design and development of the platform, these successes were overshadowed by the numerous issues that were encountered. The platform was not delivered on time, which resulted in the loss of numerous potential students who were seeking to begin their language studies at the start of the study season.
Additionally, key features that were discussed and agreed upon, such as the ability for students to rate their tutors and access to student performance statistics, were not included in the final product. Furthermore, technical issues with the Zoom integration on the website were not resolved in a timely manner, resulting in the loss of students and inadequate technical support.
The company's inability to provide the agreed-upon services and support resulted in a significant setback for my business, making it difficult to measure any significant progress or success. After many dicusions with many web developers and teams, I found myself a little lost on the procedure. Until one night I read a big but simple article about the steps needed to create an ecomerce store, where to start, how to run that path. It was was the most helpful moment I had so far. That article was from the Blog of Digital Challenge. I knew that they are the guys for me.

After I found about Digital Chalenge I made contact immediately. They were the fastest to respond, very professional but also caring and helpful. They created my ecomerce shop on Woocomerce in no time, guiding me and explaining to me every step. We used ClickUp for everyday communication, emails and phone calls when needed.

My main contact during the setup was the main web developer and project manager. Later I worked with marketing consultants, and of course the finance department.

It has been only two weeks since the site launched so I don't have any measurable outcomes. I can only tell that people love it so far and find it very easy to navigate to. To the feature, I will update my review if I have the option.

For every day communication we used ClickUp. We also had many zoom cals, daily emails. And of course our first and second meetings, including the Manager/Owner and the Web Developer / Project manager, were face to face.
