The customer is a software technology company providing mission-critical solutions to global service providers. Their software solutions and professional services enable businesses with digital transformation, virtualization, and a mobile ecosystem.
THE CONTEXT
With paid ad campaigns not having been optimized for efficiency, the customer’s cost per acquisition was quite high. Getting few conversions from these campaigns, they were also finding it difficult to increase their conversion rate. In addition to this, keyword visibility and organic web traffic was low, with the customer’s website not having been optimized for search engines.
THE OBJECTIVE
The objective was twofold. First, optimizing the customer’s paid ad campaigns to boost their conversion rate, reduce the cost per acquisition, and improve brand visibility. Second, implementing a strategy to improve the customer’s rankings for targeted keywords, drive high-quality web traffic, and increase search visibility.
THE OUTCOME
With the effective optimization of the customer’s paid ad campaigns, there has been a major increase in their conversion rate. In addition to this, the average cost per click has dropped significantly. Furthermore, the implementation of an SEO strategy has resulted in notable improvement in the customer’s organic clicks, as well as keyword visibility.

The customer is a Silicon Valley-based global provider of enterprise SaaS solutions. Since 2006, they are a leading provider of the Intelligent ‘Middle Office’ platform allowing enterprises to automate and optimize their most critical revenue and commercial relationship management processes. THE CONTEXT
The customer was earlier using Salesforce for their support and service operations but for some reason, they decided to move to MS Dynamics. This move, however, didn’t turn out well for them with their users struggling to adopt the new system and the lack of certain advanced functionalities. So, they decided to switch back to Salesforce.
THE OBJECTIVE
They wanted to set up their Salesforce Service Cloud from scratch. Since their existing platform was MS Dynamics, they were looking for a partner with hands-on experience with both MS Dynamics and Salesforce as well to help them ensure successful data migration from MS Dynamics to Salesforce.

THE CONTEXT
The customer was using Marketo for their marketing operations but wasn’t utilizing it to its full potential, which was restricting their scalability. They were struggling with duplicate data, lead generation, assets creation, also had issues with data quality, and difficulty in understanding the ROI from their campaigns.
THE OBJECTIVE
The customer wanted to eliminate duplicate records from their database for seamless marketing to sales lead-handoff. They needed an optimized solution for lead generation, lead scoring and improved campaign assets that would not only keep prospects engaged but also convert into opportunities. Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of an educational software development company. We work with schools to provide them with apps and software.
What challenge were you trying to address with Grazitti Interactive?
We needed a company to help us with our digital marketing strategy, especially around Google Ads and Facebook marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They do a lot of work in terms of trying to understand the market. They’re always on top of the new campaigns that Microsoft and Google announced, and they’ve opened a lot of doors for us. That helps us get good segmentation going and make sure we use the newest campaign strategies.
What is the team composition?
I work with 3-4 people depending on the time of the year.
How did you come to work with Grazitti Interactive?
We were looking for someone with a good understanding of how search plays a role in marketing, as well as an understanding of Google Ads. I found Grazitti Interactive and felt they demonstrated thought leadership and community spirit.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2017 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re an awesome group. Our leads have increased about three times over the last year and a half.
How did Grazitti Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
We would plan on a quarterly basis what they were going to come up with in terms of the budget and the campaign strategies, then we had biweekly calls. Their primary lead managed the project and made sure the quarterly work was running smoothly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re passionate about Google Ads. They’re really good optimization and always try to figure out what campaign style would yield the most in terms of the budget.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When they try new things, they sometimes don’t pay enough attention to aspects of the market. There are certain things that need to be addressed while launching campaigns. That’s something we approach from a project management standpoint and help within reviews.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
A weekly check is a good idea because it gives a sense of the market and progress toward goals. Put together a quarterly plan and review it with them.

The developed a custom Drupal website based on our provided designs and style guides. They made a pixel perfect recreation of our designs.
What was the team composition?
The team comprised of a lead developer, 2 project managers, and some other support members. On our side, we have my self as a project manager and a graphic designer, as well as an account manager who was guiding the overall strategy.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
This project not only "wow'd" the client, but we were able to sign a long time MAAS contract with the client for on-going marketing services. Without Grazitti, that would have been a much harder task.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project management was arranged by Grazitti, and utilized BaseCamp. That tool allows my team to check in on progress and have feedback, despite the time-zone difference. It was very effective.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their ability to take our designs and really bring them to life, without overspending on resources. Their ability to effectively set the scope of a project really sets them apart.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We worked through some timing and communication issues but it wasnt something that was 100% "on them". Thats why we like working with them...they are a true partner.
The team delivers good results, resulting in a threefold increase in leads over the 18 months that the project has run so far. They plan the work carefully and follow the plans well, demonstrating excellent enthusiasm for the work and a high level of skill in marketing optimization.
