daviann is a partnerteam, we help to grow business

We don't believe in «agency – customer» work model, where everyone tries to complete the project as soon as possible and forget about each other. Instead, we embed inside the company, understand its culture and work as an in-house team in the client's business.

Our approach is based on the mutual work day-to-day. The client team comes up with a vision and business processes and daviann team creates product experience, brand and communication materials.

StrategyBoards | Game strategy planner for eSportsmen

Together with the StrategyBoards team, we needed to create a game strategy planner. eSportsmen should be able to plan matches using graphical tools and the functionality of the games themselves.

The idea was to gather on one platform the players of all the top eSports disciplines: from MOBA to shooters.

For 7 years, the Charity Foundation «Care of the City» has been organizing the event called «On Angel Wings» where anyone can fulfill the Christmas dreams of orphans, lonely senior people, solo moms and people with disabilities.

To fulfill a dream, just open the application, select a person from the list and transfer the pledge to buy a selected gift.

We started designing an application from scratch. Our

team created a new structure, developed prototypes and completely reworked the UI-style.

Gameloot Network is a platform that helps gamers and developers influence the gaming industry.

The company had 3 products:

- Store with a collection of games

- Crowdfunding service that helped developers to collect money for the implementation of their ideas

- Betting Arena where users won prizes like the Playstation, simply by outbidding other players bids.

All these products existed

separately from each other, so our task was to create one integral ecosystem, connecting services together with mutual currency and profiles.

The real estate market is one of the most competitive in Ukraine. Each month, the construction of several new residential complexes begins, and the advertisement of this category occupies 40% of the total outdoor advertising in Kyiv and its region.

Comfort Life requested to prepare all the communication materials to launch their newly constructed residential area. At the same time, all that was known about the new

project was the name «Riverside» and the only one render of the facade.

Softa | Furniture company rebranding Image

Softa | Furniture company rebranding

The Ukrainian furniture market has faced a serious challenge — the entry of the global giant IKEA. Eurodivan company realized that to win the race, they need to change. Together we found our customers — those who dream all day about finally falling on their sofas in the evening. For them, a sofa is the main place at the apartment and they can pay more for comfort, rather than for a nice look of IKEA’s products. The company also

updated the name and became soft Softa.

Their consistent communication, responsiveness, and ability to produce high-quality deliverables make them a valuable partner.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president and founder of a social gaming platform.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with daviann?

We initially started in 2015, and we're in the process of transitioning the platform on to blockchain technology.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

daviann provides UI/UX design for our new platform. Using React for the website, they do a significant amount of programming and integrations with our other systems. They developed the mobile experience in both iOS and Android. They also led a complete branding redesign.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with a total of seven members of their team. Almost their entire staff worked full-time on our project for about nine months.

How did you come to work with daviann?

I originally found them on Upwork. Their portfolio blew me away, so I reached out to the owner and scheduled a conference call. I told them what we were looking for and they immediately made us a priority.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent over $100,000—probably closer to $125,000 at this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2018, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's premature to discuss the actual measurable results, but they’re literally the best people I've ever worked with. The deliverables they’re providing are outstanding.

How did daviann perform from a project management standpoint?

Hitting deadlines is never an issue at all. While Slack is our primary management tool, they actually flew over here from Ukraine to meet with us for a week as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their branding work is great, and the UX/UI is so impressive. Their designers are extremely talented. In addition to the quality of their work, we’ve actually developed a fantastic friendship as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can't think of anything off of the top of my head. Their strengths are primarily in the branding and design. We didn't use them enough on the programming side to give any feedback on that.
