We worked closely to monitor progress and ensure needs were clearly understood and technical development issues could be managed so that progress could be made each month. This also reduced exposure to errors or rebuild. aiMonkey is very collaborative and responsive. We developed trust that they take ownership of our technology and are there to support us whenever we need it. We've had bad experiences in the past with offshore development, but AIM has proved to be a reliable, trusted partner that has delivered what we needed and supported us effectively.
