I was provided consultations, a very detailed brand guide deck, social media advertising campaign, a new website that captured my voice as a therapist and provides users with appointment-setting options and AI chat help, and they reached my client goal within months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within months of signing on with the gaygency (and about one month into the actual advertising campaign) I reached my target goal of number of new clients.

The were very responsive.  While at one point there was a lag, they were communicative during that time and made up the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Daniel's marketing brain is incredible and they were very responsive and delivered so much over a short period of time. 
The agency has been very accommodating in terms of items I have needed for my campaign and responsive to my questions and requests. I am a therapist and about a month into the agency's advertising campaign I met my client number goal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Gaygency could have done differently?

No.  I was impressed with how they ran everything.

The website they designedd is very professional but currenlty we haven't launched the same.  The Gaygency has done an incedible job on my account and I trust them in the future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their empathy and care about not just what my company was doing but in how our missions alligned.  I feel that they are much more than a company they are a resource for other queer business owners.  

They are much more than an ad agency and make themselves a resource to do good in the queer community.  I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional work from a company that aligns with the values of their clients. I feel like I have a partner I can trust with my company and know that the work they will do will be immaculate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Gaygency could have done differently?

No.  They were professional from start to finish and there was no area in which I found their company lacking.

drberry.com website up and running effectivly. New email list and new tech tools in place to automate intergral parts of our business. More streamline systems in place.
