I’m the president and CEO of the National Minority Business Council.

What challenge were you trying to address with RSQUARE MEDIA INC.?

We needed development and digital marketing help. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

RSQUARE MEDIA updated our main website by designing and developing a new version from scratch. They’ve also worked on another one of our sites and handle our digital marketing on Facebook. For our email marketing, they use Constant Contact. 
 
Currently, RSQUARE MEDIA is doing additional work on our platform. The CEO is going to be an instructor at our upcoming executive management development program in November. He will discuss how smaller businesses can use social media effectively to grow their businesses. 
 
What is the team composition? 

We work with Rajiv (CEO and Sales Director, RSQUARE MEDIA INC.).

How did you come to work with RSQUARE MEDIA INC.?

We’ve gotten to know RSQUARE MEDIA as a member of our organization. They were one of our awardees at our 45th-anniversary celebration last October in New York. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since October 2016.
 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RSQUARE MEDIA’s redesign made our website more modern and brought it up to date. This achievement was very important. The new platform has improved our organization’s image and helped drive in new members. 

How did RSQUARE MEDIA INC. perform from a project management standpoint?

Reaching the CEO and his team is easy. Communication is a breeze, and our projects flow well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

RSQUARE MEDIA is very hands on and personal. The CEO gets back to us promptly. He and the team are quite energetic. They efficiently complete tasks. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not that I can think of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to clarify the deadlines, budget, and what you want to accomplish. After receiving instructions, they won’t have problems carrying out any task.

For disallowing and discouraging bad clients from further accessing the company's resources free of cost.

Describe the project in detail.

The project focuses on the profit margin. When certain clients are not paying to our company and in turn they continue to enjoy our resources free of cost, then it becomes necessary to take stringent steps to downsize them or inform them about their activities. Privileges when taken for granted becomes a headache for the organisation.

What was the team composition?

Only one person was communicating with us. No other details were given from r square. It seems that it is a one man show.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Results was disgusting even. The company r square was said to communicate with our bad clients and infor m them about their privileges and activities that they were utilizing and taking for granted. We got a very bad impression and understand that it was a terrible mistake speaking to square media company owner Rajiv.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Only one person was assuring that everything would be fine. We waited and waited until we realized that it was a waste of time and money.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

NOthing in general. Special was the way Rajiv assures that everything will be fine. Thats impressive though and we have learnt it the hard way.
