I’m the CEO of an entertainment company bridging East and West Asia and the U.S. We work with artist labels and brands.

Treat them as part of your team. When you utilize a PR service, you only get as much as you give. You need to be willing to incorporate them into your planning and your team to keep them engaged. This way, you’ll get a lot more out of the experience.
