I’m the marketing manager of a loading dock equipment manufacturer.

We were looking to upgrade our website to a new format and establish our e-commerce platform in the next year.

What was the scope of their involvement?

360 PSG migrated our WordPress-based website into a PHP platform and streamlined its performance and process. Its design is responsive and compatible with mobile devices and tablets.

They registered our domain name on GoDaddy.com, and are providing us with ongoing maintenance, support, and security updates.

What is the team composition?

We work with an account manager, project manager, technical team, and support team.

How did you come to work with 360 PSG?

We came across 360 PSG while researching for vendors online.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve invested somewhere between $10,000–$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in May 2019. We’re about to go to the next level of our engagement through the implementation of our e-commerce solution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 30%–40% increase in our lead acquisition efforts through our website.

How did 360 PSG perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management perspective and they do a good job of sticking to our timelines and budget.

We typically communicate through a ticketing system, email, and support helpdesk, and they’ve been very responsive throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their communication skills and we like the fact that they’re a local business in our area.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve on based on my experience so far.

I would advise you to try to be clear with your goals and transparent with your expectations, so that they strategize options for solutions for your business.
