We had to pause the project a couple of times as we waited for investment approval, and the delays created a sense of urgency once we started up again. This kind of schedule isn’t ideal, but Vermonster really accommodated us. More recently, our internal developer moved on to another job. We contacted Vermonster and they were willing to step in with no forewarning to take over maintenance. Their flexibility has been a huge advantage for us.

I like that they’re a very hands-on business. Rather than going through six layers of people, I can just have a phone conversation directly with the videographer. They’re good about asking me questions about what I do or don't prefer. I can't say enough good things about how much they’ve helped me. As a one-person operation, I fully rely on them for guidance and education. They've been wonderful partners. I did work with another company in the past. Davis Advertising’s customer service really stands out. I know that I mean something to them. They’re a family-owned business, and they make me feel like I’m part of the team.
