Brad was very good at communicating status updates, prompting me when they needed something from us, or reminding us of milestones that we were supposed to meet and their deadlines.       Their project management is excellent, and they're fully on top of all of the pieces. We're a small team and sometimes can lose focus internally, but they manage our evolving requirements well. They use our internal management tool to track and manage projects, which makes it easy for us. We communicate with them every two to three weeks, and they fix our issues almost immediately.
