I'm the CMO of a cybersecurity company. We're the leader in risk-adaptive security, unifying an, data, and AI risk through a behavioral intelligence platform. Built for enterprise scale, we detect threats early and prevent breaches.

What challenge were you trying to address with DC&Co?

We needed help bringing our vision to life. Modern, sleek, clear, and unique is a difficult thing to pull off in a world of AI design slop.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

In support of our new AI risk management product launch, DC&Co has provided imagery and videos for key aspects of our webpages, marketing collateral, PowerPoint slides, and more. As a design firm, their work has mostly focused on the visual elements, but they've also been a great strategic partner in helping us find a way to visually tell our story.

How did you come to work with DC&Co?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their amazing portfolio of work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DC&Co's work has resulted in a positive brand perception, increased engagement, and very positive stakeholder feedback. We've had others in the industry share how well they feel our visual identity has been handled.

How did DC&Co perform from a project management standpoint?

DC&Co's project management has been great. They've delivered on time. Our primary form of communication has been virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've been impressed by the output of DC&Co's work and their flexibility to work within our timelines. We feel like a highly valued client even though I'm sure they're juggling many competing priorities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There have been a few misalignments between our vision and early concept proofs, but nothing that couldn't be sorted out prior to going live.
