Our company hired Xsquare to build a Twilio API. Our goal was to automate our signups

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched through several online marketplaces and had some discussions with Chetan about the project and were given some assurances that the project would be completed on time and within a reasonable amount of time.

We had a few discussions about the project. We then had a meeting to preview the requirements that were detailed in the SRS Document and established the best strategy to build the Twilio API.

The company never delivered the project

The project was a nightmare. The company never met any of the deadlines, Barely communicated with us unless they were demanding more money

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very skilled at scamming us. You can tell that they have alot of practice in scamming customers

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should be banned from the industry because all they do is scam people.
