I’m not very technical, so I called them again and again for updates, and they were always kind and answered me on time. Synergy Labs was also open to making changes for free. They provided three months of free maintenance. Half of the team was girls, so we talked a lot about the project, how it should be, how it should look, and why people should choose our product when there are so many fitness apps. I checked the process and performance through a board, including finished and pending tasks.
