I especially liked their system called “Atlassian.” It was a JIRA system essentially where I would go and login and I could track their progress visually via seeing what was inputted for the tickets. It was a concrete way of seeing what they’re doing on their end to see how they develop the site. Their transparency was huge with this project.

Project management has been good. I don't love Basecamp (which is what they use as a project management tool) but the team does a great job of keeping it organized which helps a ton. Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines. The whole team is also very willing to be flexible in waiting for feedback when the bandwidth on my side is running a little short.

Kill the Ball has been truly hands-on. I deal directly with Joe, but I don’t need to see him that much in person. We have almost daily communication over emails, where I send him content to post on social media and the website. Overall, he’s been great and responsive; we use no project management tools because we have a unique workflow between us.
