At Lunariaa.eu we capture moments and make them last forever. Whether it’s your bridal bouquet or you want to keep those first date flowers. Are you looking for a special gift for your loved ones ? We are here for you. From sketches with a meaning behind, names written in dried and preserved flowers, what is better than a memory that lasts forever? 

Lunariaa was born after Olsjana gifted her sister in law a bouquet of fresh flowers for her birthday. She felt sorry as those beautiful flowers were going to waste in such a short period of time. That’s when she thought about preserving flowers and turning them into art. 

Together with her husband they decided to name it “Say it with flowers” which was later changed to Lunariaa.eu, aiming to make it international. While starting a business and raising two kids she kept on working to penetrate a new market and received numerous positive reviews.

Lunariaa.eu approached Rootless Agency to assess their brand and help them to expand into the international market. Rootless Agency consulted with me and advised me to start with a new name and logo. The name Lunariaa was selected because it represents a flower that is much loved for its white or purple petals. 

The Lunaria plant represents honesty, money, and sincerity. The Latin name means “moon shaped.” This refers to the translucent seed capsules of the Lunaria plant that resemble coins. This gives the plant its alternate name: the silver dollar plant. The Lunaria plant dries naturally, so it was the ideal choice to represent the company. 

The logo was not the only request. We, at Lunaria, needed to create a strong presence in the market. Rootless Agency helped with Logo, branding, social media management, videography, web design, business consulting and much more. They worked as our part time marketing department.

After following all their strategies, Lunaria became the nr1 brand in producing art with dried flowers. We now ship worldwide thanks to our ecommerce site.

Technically on point and highly skilled through all phases - starting with brand and logo and transitioning to a detailed business requirements document for our app, followed by Figma mockups, flawless development, and testing.  They were incredibly patient and thoughtful when we had half-baked ideas, leveraging a wealth of best practices to turn those ideas into high-value-add, production-ready features.  They delivered everything on time and within budget - no unpleasant surprises!

Rootless Agency took the time to really understand our mission, and they shared our values. I've worked with many outside vendors over the years, but everyone on the Rootless team believed in what we were doing and took a legitimate interest in the project.  From the start they always felt like a natural extension of our team, helping us every step of the way think critically and holistically through all issues. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rootless Agency could have done differently?

We had Rei on Brand Design, Dea on UI/UX, Arlind, Enxhi, and Yllza on App Development, Amarda on Wordpress Development, and Xhulio as Project Manager/Administration -- all diligent and fully committed pros.  

I can't think of anything they could have done differently.  No doubt I'll use them again, and without hesitation recommend these guys for any project you may be considering!

They also lead the transfer of our domain to Name.com to ensure a smooth and seamless transition as part of the website development process. Moving forward, Rootless will be providing monthly support for minor website updates and optimizations in addition to hosting services.
